No Returns for Change of Mind
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. As each product is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, photos, and sizing details before making your purchase. If you have any questions about an item, please feel free to contact us at joyfactorie@yahoo.com before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under ACL.
To request assistance:
- Contact us at joyfactorie@yahoo.com immediately or within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Include a description of the issue, your order number, and clear photos of the item showing the fault or damage.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, we will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Please note: Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the handmade charm of my items and are not considered faults. Resin coatings may have minor imperfections, which are a natural result of the crafting process.
